VENUE 1 “AEROPLAYING”

A real aeroplane? Absolutely!

Experience all the joy and excitement of being in a passenger aeroplane without having to purchase an air ticket. Get ready for just “plane” fun!

VENUE 2 “ENCHANTING"

Witches and wizards, princesses and knights or fairies and dragons. All these whimsical wonders are waiting to be discovered for the child in love with fantasy

The new Enchanting venue includes:

• A beautifully finished club house with upmarket furnishings
• A cute little castle maze!
• Jungle-gym, shaped in the form of a fort!
• Shaded sandpit
• Trampoline & swings
• A large dolls house, where the girls have their own tea-party
• Our fabulous tractor rides!
• TREASURE WATERS (see optional extras for more information)

The enchanting venue overlooks the super sized field which could also be used for cricket and soccer parties - or any other function - even corporate year end functions.

For all our venues, we offer optional extras offered like water slides, catering, themed parties etc – please see “packages & optional extras”

Each club house has a kitchenette with microwave and fridge/freezer. There is a food warmer available on request. Cutlery and crockery, serving bowls and trays for sweets and chips etc, wine and drinks glasses for adults, cups for children.
Adults chairs and tables, and children’s chairs and tables.
Teas, coffee, milk and sugar for adults, and juice for the children.
An assistant to help throughout the party.

For children's parties, the venue hire is for 40 children, thereafter R10 per child. The venue must be vacated 30 minutes after the end time of the booked event. A fee of R250.00 per hour will be charged if the venue is vacated later than stated above
You are welcome to arrive half an hour before the party in order to set-up. The booked venue is for the exclusive use of your party only.

Payment
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required as soon as your booking is made. The balance is due 1 week prior to your party.

Indemnity
The party parent/host is required to acknowledge the indemnity,
as part of the invoice before the party.

Alcoholic beverages
Fantasy Park is not a licensed venue, but you are most welcome to bring along your own limited alcoholic beverages and ice.
